What does a fulfilment partner do?
Fulfilmaat handles storage, order processing, packing, shipping and returns. Orders flow from your sales channel into the fulfilment software and are processed with as little manual work as possible.
How much does fulfilment cost?
Letterbox shipments start at €3.49 per order and parcels at €5.49 per order, excluding VAT. You receive a tailored quote based on format, volume and handling.
What is included in the all-in rate?
Within the agreed model, storage, inbound handling, pick & pack, standard packaging, the shipping label, tracking and delivery are included.
Which sales channels can be connected?
We support 200+ webshop, marketplace and sales-channel integrations, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lightspeed, PrestaShop, bol.com, Amazon and ChannelEngine.
What is your order cut-off?
We guarantee a 23:59 cut-off from Monday through Friday. Final delivery depends on the selected shipping service and carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rates and transit times depend on destination, dimensions, weight and carrier, so we provide a tailored quote.
Do you process returns?
Yes. We can receive, register and inspect returns. The exact workflow is agreed in your quote.
Which products are not accepted as standard?
We do not accept dangerous goods, chilled products, oversized parcels or food with a short shelf life. Shelf-stable supplements and high-value products are assessed separately.
